In this experiential session we will creatively explore how you may work more wholeheartedly to wisely redesign the future for people, purpose, and planet. Our radical proposition is for you to get beyond models and traditional ways of knowing. We invite you to partner with their hearts to work through our shared humanity to touch the fertile void of potential and possibility to craft wise change. We believe that our hearts hold an (often insufficiently untapped) innate and native courage, compassion,  and wisdom which can – if we allow it – to guide, support, and resource us as we dare to reimagine and redesign new and different futures. The key property of our hearts in love and as Jiddu Krishnamurti wrote
‘The moment you have in your heart this extraordinary thing called love and feel the depth, the delight, the ecstasy of it, you will discover that for you the world is transformed‘.

Join us to find out why and how as you learn to embrace this for your own personal and professional development, through experiential and interactive approaches which can also enrich your practice and which you can also role model for your clients.

Bio

We are Elaine Patterson and Karyn Prentice and together we are the international award winning PattersonPrenticeDesigns. We are a unique design partnership bringing our shared love of the arts, nature, creativity, reflection and writing to the worlds of Executive Reflection, Coaching Supervision, Leadership and Professional Practice. Together, we design and host uniquely heart-based, soulful and somatic creative reflective learning experiences both on line and in beautiful places across the world both indoors and in green spaces.

We are also published writers writing specialising in creative reflection and coaching supervision. Karyn’s book is called “Nature’s Way – Designing the Life Your Want through Nature and the Five Seasons” and Elaine book is called “Reflect to Create! The Dance of Reflection for Creative Leadership, Supervision and Professional Practice”.
