Relax with yoga and breathwork. In this session you are going to get some basic tips on how to survive the whole day in front of a computer and how to relax in your chair.
No special equipment is needed, only comfortable clothes, chair, and a little space around it. The session is suitable for everyone. During the 45 minute session we will be using the benefits of yoga poses, breathwork, and our focus to get into a relaxing state.
You will learn on how to take care of the body during long computer hours, what to do during breaks to refresh the mind, and learn how to use a breathing actively to gain more energy. The session will end with a short guided meditation.
Bara Belova is a certified yoga and guided meditation teacher, she has practiced yoga for almost 20 years, and has been a yoga teacher for 10 years. You are invited to join the relaxing session with her.
Bara’s is also a coach, mentor, facilitator and people manager. She works for a multi-national company, creating and delivering skills development programs for leaders, using coaching and mentoring as a primary method for personal development. While still being task oriented and rational, she loves to be creative which led her to explore different coaching tools, methods and photography. Using pictures in coaching and development is one of her passions.
