Bio

Giselle Timmerman is a leadership trainer, executive coach, and professor. She loves creating and delivering experiential development experiences for transformational leaders. Current projects include authentic leadership for women in MEA, building high-quality remote relationships, and her Manager as Multiplier program. Clients range from large multinationals to tech startups, such as Logitech, PepsiCo, Vistaprint, DHL, TomTom, and Glovo. As a business school professor, she teaches courses in leadership, managing change, and healthy organisations. 

Prior to founding Positive Work, Giselle spent a decade in strategy and management consulting. Giselle is a pioneer graduate of the Master of Applied Positive Psychology program at the University of Pennsylvania (USA, 2005) and received her undergraduate degrees from New York University. She’s a Californian at heart, yet Barcelona is her home.
