Session

What if your coachee’s proposed goal wasn’t really their goal at all but they didn’t know that (and neither did you!). As a coach, how would you serve such a coachee? We believe that it is often the case that a coachee’s proposed goal is just a high-level representation of a deeper hidden goal. Unless this deeper goal can be revealed, our chances of achieving success for our coachee will be significantly impaired.

Join us for an experiential journey to learn about the Immunity to Change model by working through your own personal case study. We augment the Immunity to Change model with a needs-based lens from Nonviolent Communication. Throughout the workshop we will guide through the stages of the model and support you to reveal your deeper hidden goal. We will show you how you can reframe your resistance to meeting your proposed goal or making changes as a deep wisdom to protect your most precious needs and values.
