Session

  • How will young adults change the workplaces? What are their expectations? What about the generation who’s in the administrative position? How could they make the most out of the generational shift?
  • What kind of coaching is needed within the new generation?
  • Who is responsible for the skills of new work force: applicants, recruiters, education system, society or all? What’s their role?

These are the questions we will seek to answer together in the session ‘Meeting of the Generations in Workforce – Collision or Synergy?’. The session includes practical examples of joining business, students, and unemployed of the new generation, education, and coaching. The objective is to find immersive ways of utilising the social change the new generation will bring to work force. We wish to find applicable ways of enhancing the work – youth – coaching trio in different environments. This session will open our thinking to new options of coaching as part of practical skill building!
