Type: Workshop

Session on 12 May 2021 10:15 UTC - View on timetable

Session

Following the launch of the EMCC Global Team Coaching standards in 2020,  EMCC Global has accredited over 1,200  team coaches who have completed EMCC Global Team Coaching Quality Award accredited education and training programmes which included EMCC Global Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (ITCA), along with Faculty members who have been awarded their ITCAs at Senior and Master Practitioner level.

In this workshop we will share and explore reflections and learning from the team coaching accreditation ‘dynamic inquiry’ process from a panel of accredited professional team coaching practitioners. With reference to the Team Coaching Standards panel members will share their personal experience, reflections, and insights of the process and facilitate a dialogue about how we can use the accreditation framework as a development tool to enhance and improve our ongoing CPD and skills practice.  The workshop will appeal to all those who wish to develop their practice as team coaches and who wish to become accredited team coaches with EMCC Global and understand what might be covered in team coach development and training programmes.

The session will be facilitated in plenary and break out rooms to support inclusion and active participation of attendees.
