Gamze and Mick will explore with you, as mentoring practitioners, the new landscape for mentoring in a post-pandemic and remote-working world.
We would like to hear from you, as to what you think has changed in the world? And what we, as the EMCC, need to provide for you, to enable a successful mentoring future. We will start with a brief update on the work of the group and where this work is going. We will use breakout rooms to explore what is missing for you, from the support you get from the EMCC. This exploration will be followed by dialogue on the next steps: what are we currently doing well? And what can we do better? And innovative thinking to support you in the future.
Join us to explore where the EMCC can support mentoring now and into the future!
