The session deals with the theme of how to support creativity and innovativeness of our private and company clients by our creative and innovative coaching and mentoring approaches. Innovations are no doubt a key topic for the future. So in this session I will show, how you can support innovations and innovative mind of clients by our creative and innovative coaching and mentoring approaches.

In the beginning I will shortly summarise some of the creative and innovative coaching and mentoring methods and tools taken from wide spectrum of psychological schools. Then I will show the questionnaire of applied creativity, innovativeness, and productivity as one of the possible tools to measure and foster growth of clients´ innovative competencies. And finally in the main part of the session I will train creative and innovative thinking of participants by the use of a short funny video from Ericksonian therapy, where we will try to find 74 creative and innovative features how to help the client. This will open the minds and eyes of participants for using more of creative and innovative approaches in their own practice.

Bio

Milan Bobek is an EMCC accredited coach at Senior Practitioner level and, since 2004, a management consultant, lecturer, coach, and university lecturer (www.newtoncollege.cz). He studied psychology, strategic human resources, and telecommunications. For 12 years he was an HR Manager. Now he is a Partner in a consulting company that delivers long-term (1 to 3 years) courses in coaching and holistic personal growth,  and teaches and consults on training and experiential personal growth methods, teamwork, productivity and process improvement tools.
