One of the joys of previous EMCC Global conferences was the opportunity to meet new people and have inspiring conversations with new connections. At EMCC one of our major strengths is our sense of community and belonging. In this session we offer you the opportunity to come, virtually, into the space, with refreshments of your choice! It could be considered that coaches, mentors, and supervisors are not fully representative of the communities we serve and access to coaching and mentoring is limited, and could arguably reinforce privilege. This is not consistent with our aspirations around inclusion. We want to hear your ideas for how we change this.  Please do register for this session and join us for a thought provoking conversation.
