Stress and burnout syndrome are often connected to the lack of meaning and decreased sense of fulfilment. Coaching can become a very useful tool for stress and burnout prevention if focused on finding one’s purpose and meaning of life.
The fulfillment in leaders’ life is more often than ever the crucial prerequisite for the role they play in today’s organisations. Both the organisation and people within can only benefit from a leader who is well centred, knows how to deal with stress ,and lives a life with a sense of purpose.
The key questions we will be looking at:
• How can coaching help to prevent stress and burnout?
• How can leaders find their sense of purpose through key coaching questions?
• How can leaders achieve ‘inner consent with their decisions?
• How can coaching help leaders become more motivated to do their job?
