Session

There is a sense, as we navigate new and challenging waters, that we need to let go of everything we have done to date and start again. However, this is a flawed and, in fact, scary belief. It makes no sense to reject the wisdom of the past.  Rather we should bring to the future the amazing learnings and insights we have gained from the research and teachings of our Forefathers. Of course, when we bring the past with us to the future, we should bring only the best of the past.

In this session we will explore the teachings of four inspirational philosophers who have taught humanity so much. We will link their teachings to the core skills of coaching and mentoring and, in doing so, we will learn some new and innovative coaching and mentoring tools and techniques which we can bring to our practice. This will be a practical and engaging session embracing the absolute belief that we cannot lose our focus on creating a kinder, more loving, and supportive future workplace where every person is valued, nourished, and cherished.
