We invite you to reflect with us how our experiential learning in the coaching presence research project led us to rethink our practice. This session will evoke new ways of making sense of presence: a) through our shared experience, b) facts based on the research, and c) your experience as we will invite you to some experiential learning moment. We are curious how redesigning presence will resonate for you as we unfold its challenges and surprises in mutual reflection.
Sandra Henson is an executive coach and coaching supervisor who tailors the latest evidence-based thinking in coaching, executive presence, leadership, and neuroscience into grounded, game-changing approaches that translate across her clients professional and personal lives. She has a deep interest in executive presence and how this translates to individual and team performance and well being, especially in the current climate.
Dr Tünde Erdös is an executive coach, coaching scientist, author of two books on coaching presence and lecturer on the Masters in Executive Coaching Programme at HEC Paris. Tünde is passionate about staying curious around our practice as we co-create the future of coaching. She believes we have a responsibility towards our coaching community in how we contribute to its continued emergence. She is an EMCC accredited coach (EIA) at Senior Practitioner level and an EMCC Global volunteer.
Dr Grace Kew is an executive coach and a certified Stakeholder Centered Coach (Marshall Goldsmith). She has over 11 years of outstanding leadership experience and an unwavering commitment and passion to empower leaders and their teams to reach their goals – without compromising their well-being. Grace specialises in leadership growth, team building and dynamics, diversity and inclusion, and building resilience.
