Session

The organisational landscape changed for people during 2020 with an impact on individual and organisational effectiveness. We hear much in the media about how individuals are suffering as a result of the change to the structure of their lives, and this is often referred to as ‘mental health’ issues. In this session I will share my experiences of the issues which were brought to coaching at both individual and team levels, during the 2020, with a focus on the impact on the human psyche. I will share two models from Transactional Analysis theory which coaches can use to offer a basic understanding of how to maintain psychological health when structures and routines are interrupted.
