Since 2020, fear and anxiety have often become individuals’ and groups’ life and business companions. Still too many people remain paralyzed with fear of contamination or loss of business and have difficulty to move on. As catalysts of action, we can support our clients and mentees adopting the right mindset to shift to courageous action, find inner peace and, therefore, enhance their life. They (we) so much deserve it!
During this experiential session, you will learn a protocol that will help eliminate the irrationality of fear, transform its rational part into a wake-up call, and move from possible paralysis to courage for action. As a result, to embody a more serene way to envisage and redesign the future. The model will be demonstrated on a few participants and you will have the opportunity to test it immediately.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? Thanks to the tool, you will learn how to segregate the rational/irrational parts of the fear, to make the difference between an emotion and a mood. You will implement a model composed of a series of checkpoints that allow you to have your client, supervisee, or mentee (and yourself?) tame the fear factor, determine the underlying needs and supporting actions that will lead to more serenity and drive.
